Prerequisites: Caster Level 7th
Benefit: In addition to the normal effects of the spell, targets of a cutting spell suffer Ruptured damage equal to the spell level of the spell (after metamagic feats are applied). This ruptured damage applies even if the spell normally does no damage, and even applies if they make a saving throw against the base effects of the spell.
Level Increase: +3 (A cutting spell uses up a spell slot three levels higher than the spell's actual level.)
