Prerequisites: Level 6, Weapon Focus (Feat): selected weapon
Benefit: Once per encounter, you may make an attack of opportunity against a foe when it enters a threatened square, rather than leaving it.
Special: You treat all one- or two-handed melee weapons as if they had the Brace weapon quality. If you ready an action to Brace, a foe charges you, and you have not already used your ability to make an attack of opportunity as they approach, you may make both your readied attack and your attack of opportunity, and both attacks do double damage if successful.
Normal: You can only opportunity attack foes as they leave a threatened square, and only weapons with the brace quality can be readied against charges.
