You are incredibly skilled at fighting with two weapons at the same time.
Prerequisites: BAB +11, Dex 19, Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved (Feat), Two-Weapon Fighting (Feat)
Benefit: You get a third attack with your off-hand weapon, albeit at a -10 penalty.
Special: If you use this feat to fight with a light weapon in your off hand, the penalty to-hit with both hands is reduced by one. This reduction stacks with the reduction gained from Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved (Feat).
Normal: Without this feat, you can only get a single extra attack with an off-hand weapon, and attack with light weapons in both hands are all at -2 to-hit.
