remove need to designate a quarry -- alter quarry abilities to just work on any target during the ranger's turn.

add in a way to refocus onto a new quarry by sacrificing all quarry dice for the round.

Add lower level (13) Trapper boosts

Add epic combat style feats, slap them in at the terrain epic levels
