Brilliant Energy (Melee Weapon Magic Property)

A brilliant energy weapon has its significant portion transformed into light, although this does not modify the item's weight. This property is always on, and does not require any actions to activate, although the light can be shrouded while the weapon is sheathed or stored.
A Brilliant Energy weapon always gives off light as a torch (30-foot radius), and as such, Stealth checks are impossible to make while it is being wielded. A brilliant energy weapon ignores non-living matter and is much quicker to maneuver than a solid weapon, allowing the wielder to make all their attacks as touch attacks while wielding this weapon.
- Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 37), a pale remnant (tier 2), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
