You cause creatures to take extra damage when you affect them with a damaging spell.
Prerequisites: Caster Level 6
Related: Collateral Spell (Feat)
Benefit: The spell also inflicts Burned with a source CR equal to your caster level, and causing the same type of damage as the base spell. This condition occurs regardless of save, but Spell Resistance will stop it. If the spell already caused Burned, it instead inflicts Burned as though your caster level were 3 levels higher. In all cases, the Burned condition ends at the end of the encounter.
Level Increase: +2 (A Burning Spell uses up a slot two levels higher than the spell's actual level.)
