As you near the zenith of martial skill, you begin to understand how little you really know.
Prerequisites: BAB +24, Meisterhau (Feat), Weapon Supremacy (Feat), Weapon Focus, Epic (Feat), Weapon Specialization, Epic (Feat), Weapon Focus, Greater (Feat), Weapon Specialization, Greater (Feat), Weapon Focus (Feat), Weapon Specialization (Feat)
Benefit: You have acquired absolute mastery with a single weapon type, an unrivaled skill that the merely mortal will never be able to approach. You gain the following abilities while wielding your chosen weapon:
- +2 competence bonus to AC and Reflex saves;
- +2 competence bonus to Maneuver Offense rolls and Maneuver Defense;
- Increase threat range of weapon by +1 (stacks with but is not increased by the Critical, Improved (Feat), Keen (Melee Weapon Magic Property), or similar abilities);
- Cannot be caught flat-footed or flanked;
- Blindsense out to the reach of your weapon (or 30' for ranged weapons).
Note: Unlike the other feats in the Weapon Focus/Specialization tree, Ultimate Mastery can only be selected once, for one type weapon. It represents a degree of focus and training so intense that it is impossible for any creature-even a god-to have it with more than once.
