Wand of Joined Fates, Novice
CL 7 Magic Wand • Weak Transmutation
- Cost: 10,000 gp
- Weight: .5 lbs.
- Family: Wand of Joined Fates
A Wand of Joined Fates is always twinned in some way. There may be two straight sections joined by a shared handle, or two curving shafts that weave together in some way or another. The shafts may be plain or decorated, inlaid, bejewelled, or carved. The entire wand is fairly 'nose heavy', as if meant to point powerfully toward any foes.
A novice's wand of joined fates grants the wielder the ability to apply the effects of the Linked Spell (Feat) to any 1st or 2nd level spell, up to once per encounter, without increasing the spell level of the spell.
The wielder must already possess the Linked Spell (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.
This magic item does not require an attunement period, and grants its benefits immediately upon being worn or wielded.
- Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 24 (10 + double CL)), Languid (tier 1) remnant, An item symbolic of the enchantment, 5,000 gp (minus cost of symbolic item).
