Prerequisites: Level 16, Precise Shot, Improved (Feat), Perception 16 ranks
Benefit: Your ranged attacks ignore the minimum die result required when a target has total concealment (i.e. you no longer need to roll greater than a 12 on the d20, you just need to hit). You must still aim your attacks at the correct square to take advantage of this feat.
