Prerequisites: Proficiency with the Nunchaku, Flail, War Flail, Dorn Dergar, Heavy Flail, Dire Flail, or Spiked Chain.
Benefit: You gain +1 to-hit with attacks made with one of these weapons, as you loop and swing it in unpredicatble ways.
Special: When making an attack with the Nunchaku, Flail, War Flail, Dorn Dergar, Heavy Flail, Dire Flail, or Spiked Chain against an enemy with partial cover, you take no attack penalty.
Normal: You take a -4 penalty to attack rolls against enemies with partial cover.
