Prerequisites: Level 21, Dex 21, Precise Shot, Improved (Feat), Perception 17 ranks
Benefit: Your ranged attacks ignore the miss chance granted to targets by total concealment. You must still aim your attacks at the correct square to take advantage of this feat.
