Brilliant Energy (Melee Weapon Magic Property)
Enchant Cost: +4 bonus
A brilliant energy weapon has its significant portion transformed into light, although this does not modify the item's weight. It always gives off light as a torch (30-foot radius). A brilliant energy weapon ignores non-living matter, causing all of its attacks to go against a target's Touch AC instead of regular AC.
- Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 16), a languid remnant (tier 1), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
