Storming Rod

This rod is made of blackened iron, weathered and pitted, with an arrow on one end and metal 'fletchings' on the other in mocking parody of an arrow. The whole is crooked, like a lightning bolt. When activated, it emits blue-shite sparks and jars the hand as if struck by lightning.
Wielders of this rod can utter a command word as a standard action to cast a Storm Step spell, using up one charge from the rod.
