Effect
- Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./lvl)
- Target or Area: one target creature, plus one per 20 character levels (drop fractions; max 2 at level 20) living creatures, no two of which can be more than 30 ft. apart
- Duration: Until the end of the current encounter (only castable during combat)
- Saving Throw: Will partial
Save DC: 10 + caster stat modifier + 1/2 character level - Spell Resistance: Yes
Description
- This spell functions like Cause Fear (Sorcerer/Wizard Spell), except that it causes one or two target creatures within 30 feet of each other to gain the Cringing condition, and suffer (Circle 1 damage): 1d6 points of damage per character level (max 4d6 at character level 4) of Psychic (energy, uncommon) damage. Creatures that succeed on the saving throw are instead Shaken for 1 round, and suffer only half damage.
