Benefit: When the bard performs Song of Mayhem, all affected creatures they choose to target become Deafened without recourse, this ability having no save and no to-hit roll, but continue to hear the Bard's music in their minds. As such, they may have no idea that they have been Deafened, unless prompted with visual cues.
