Velocity (Melee Weapon Magic Property)
Enchant Cost: +5
Once per round, when the wielder performs a full attack action, they may make one bonus attack at their highest attack bonus. This benefit cannot be used during any round in which the wielder only performs a combat maneuver (such as a charge), or otherwise fails to perform a melee attack that includes a to-hit roll.
This benefit is not cumulative with similar effects, such as the Speed weapon property, but it is compatible with effects that add a bonus attack to a Full Attack action, such as the Haste or Divine Power spells.
- Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 43), a bright remnant (tier 3), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
