You are heavily winded, and need a few of minutes to catch your breath.
Effects
- You take a -2 penalty to attack and damage rolls
- You take a -2 penalty to Strength-based and Dexterity-based skill and ability checks.
- You cannot run or charge
- Doing anything that would cause fatigue while you are already fatigued causes you to become Exhausted.
