'Foo Creature' is an inherited template that can be added to any creature that is a Higher Good variant of a base creature, typically brought from the Plane of Goodness or other bright, shining realm. Foo creatures look like their base creature, except they are almost hyper-real, with vivid colors and crisp, strongly-detailed features such as large, bright eyes, extravagant whiskers and luxurious fur, shining with goodness and bursting with health.
A Foo Creature uses all of the base creature's statistics and abilities except as noted below.
CR
Same as base creature +1.
Size and Type
The creature's Size does not change. It's Type becomes Outsider and it gains the Good subtype.
Alignment
Becomes Good. Law or Chaotic remains the same as the base creature.
Senses
All senses such as scent, tremorsense, keen hearing, etc are unchanged. In addition, all Foo Creatures gain Blindsense with a range of thirty feet, giving them a +5 on Perception rolls to defeat Stealth and ignoring Invisibility.
Armor Class
No changes.
Hit Dice
No changes.
Defensive Ability
A Foo Creature gains the following abilities, which may be added to their Bestiary entry:
Aura: - Same as Base Creature
SR: - Same as Base Creature
Special Defenses:
- Stoney Form (Su)
As a standard action, a Foo Creature may transform itself into a stone statue. Its appearance changes to become that of a statue, which may or may not match its appearance as a Foo Creature. In areas where there is other statuary, as is frequently the case in temples, public squares, and the like, a Foo Creature may, if unobserved, roll a Stealth Check and take 20 on the die, in order to conceal itself. While in Stoney Form, the Foo Creature gains DR 20+CR/- , ER 20+CR/- and fast healing 3. It loses use of all senses except Blindsense and may not take any action other than dropping Stoney Form, which is a swift action.
Immunities: Same as the base creature.
Weaknesses: Same as Base Creature.
OUT OF COMBAT
Same as base creature, except informed and suffused with goodness and benevolence. Foo Creatures are beings of High Good, and no matter the vile behavior of the base creature in THIS reality, where they are from, they are very much the Good Guys, and they act accordingly.
Speed
Same as Base Creature.
Melee Attacks
A Foo Creature retains all the base creature's attacks . The gain an untyped +1 to-hit and +1 damage on all attacks.
Damage
+1 untyped bonus to hit and damage on all attacks.
Space and Reach
No Changes.
Offensive Ability
No Changes.

Maneuver Offense and Maneuver Defense

Feats
Skills
Stealth at CR+10, for use with Stoney Form, above. If the base creature already had Stealth, they gain a +4 untyped bonus to that skill value. In addition, the GM may add one other skill, for flavor.
