Bloodmark - Minor
Effect: The scion bears a visible mark of their blood heritage, making sure that all who see them are aware there is something greater than mortal about them. This grants them a +1 skill bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate and Streetwise.
Effect: This mark is obvious to all who meet the Scion unless effort is spent to conceal it. Some examples may be blood-red eyes, a dread or beautiful voice, unusual hair, markings on the skin, divine or bestial features, etc. Players and referees are encouraged to be creative.
