Description
- You hiss and snarl the sounds of this spell between clenched teeth, hands flailing as you gather up ill-intent out of the wind. You create a massive globe of lightning that flies at the target you choose within range, to whom you have line of sight and line of effect. This is a ray attack, and if you succeed in a ranged touch attack against your target, they suffer (Circle 5 damage): 1d6+1 points of damage per character level (max 15d6+15 at character level 15) of electricity (energy, common) damage. If the touch attack misses, the fierce energy of the ball of lightning grounds out and dissipates harmlessly.
