Shattered (Melee Weapon Magic Property)
Enchant Cost: +3 (epic)
A shattered weapon seems to have been assembled poorly from the shards of its own smashed pieces. When wielded, though, it seems quite solid and handles normally. In normal use, the shattered weapon property has no effect. However, when this weapon gains the Broken condition, it gains an additional +2 circumstance bonus to hit and damage instead of a -2 penalty, and on a critical hit the jagged pieces inflict a Bleed condition equal to the number of base weapon dice of the weapon. This weapon heals 1 hp each hour, and will rebuild itself even if destroyed. If it is destroyed, it takes one full day (24 hours) for it to rebuild itself.
- Creation: Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 16), a languid remnant (tier 1), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
