Ability Type: Su
Prerequisites: Alchemist 8
Benefit: The alchemist's bombs twist the target's perception of friend and foe. A creature that takes a direct hit from a confusion bomb takes damage from the bomb and must make a Fortitude save (DC of 10 + 1/2 alchemist's level + INT modifier). If it fails the saving throw, it also suffers the effects of a Confusion (Sorcerer/Wizard Spell), including becoming subject to the Synergy. The bomb affects indirect targets in the bomb's radius normally.
Note: This is a 'bomb modifier' discovery, and may not be combined with any other 'bomb modifier' discoveries, until the alchemist learns the Eureka Bombs class feature at level 17.
