Prerequisites: Caster Level 1
Benefit: You can alter spells that inflict damage to also inflict the Secured condition on the target (or targets) until the start of your next turn.
Level Increase: +1 (A merciful spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level.)
