Condition Severity: Moderate

An Afflicted creature cannot control themselves well enough to perform skillful activities. If an Afflicted creature is required to make a skill roll or concentration check, it automatically fails. The character also takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls, caster level checks, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, and ability checks.
