Condition Severity: Moderate
A good portion of your body has been transformed into something less controllable.
Effects
- You take a -6 penalty to Reflex saves.
- All of your movement speeds are reduced by 20 feet.
- If this reduces one or more of your movement speeds to 0 or less, you are treated as though you do not have the movement speed at all (e.g. if you are flying, and your flight speed is reduced to 0, you fall, since you no longer have a way to stay aloft).
Ended By
If the ability, trap, or effect description includes specific directions for how the condition is ended, then that is the primary means of ending this condition. In many cases, it is the only way to end the condition. If nothing is specifically listed for ending the condition, then the following methods can be used to end it, instead:
- If not cleared, the Benumbed condition automatically ends after 1 hour.
- You can make an Escape Artist roll against the Maneuver Defense of the creature who inflicted this status. If you make this roll, you shake off the condition as a Full Attack action. If there is no creature involved, the DC is the Maneuver Defense of a generic creature of the CR of the effect.
