Cloaking, Absolute (Shield Magic Property)

Enchant Cost: +8 (epic)

You must be level 21 or higher to equip, wield or wear an item with this property.

A Cloaking shield adds a +9 Resistance Bonus to all saving throws made by the wearer while it is being proficiently wielded.

If anything occurs to cause the wielder of a Cloaking shield to lose their AC bonus from the shield (such as using that hand for an attack, for example), then the bonus to saving throws is lost as well.

Creation: Creator (Feat), Epic Creator (Feat), Bailiwick Check (DC 65), a vital remnant (tier 6), and an item symbolic of the enchantment.
