Prerequisites: Proficiency with War Whip
Benefit: You can use the Weapon Finesse feat with the War Whip, and you treat the War Whip as though it were a light weapon.
Normal: You cannot use Weapon Finesse with the War Whip, and the War Whip is not a light weapon.
