Taunt (Feat)

Your taunts are particularly effective.

Prerequisites: Level 1, <Fighter's Challenge class feature -OR- Goading Ki (Feat) -OR- Censuring Smite (Feat) -OR- Heedful Jeer (Feat)>

Benefit: A character with this feat improves their ability to taunt enemies, increasing the penalty they apply to the target creature (or creatures) by an additional -1 except when they make an attack against the taunting character. Thus, Goading Ki's penalty would increase from -2 to -3, and a fighter's challenge would inflict a penalty one higher, etc.
