Elemental Control - Major

Effect: The Scion gains Resist 5 to powers containing the Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning or Thunder keywords. GM's may adjudicate that this resistance applies to other damage types which are elemental in nature. This resistance will stack with the Minor and Greater version of this power.

Daily: Standard Action (implement or weapon or holy symbol)

Range: Burst 3 within 10 squares

Target: Enemies in burst

Attack: Blood vs. Fort

Hit: Target takes 2d10 Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning or Thunder damage (player chooses when the power is used) and ongoing 10 damage of the chosen type (save ends).
