A Wand of Occluded Casting is a small, usually non-descript item, fairly plain and simple in appearance to the cursory glance. It is easy to overlook such devices, as they appear almost mundane...until you actually hold one. Grasping such a wand reveals that the wand is actually quite large, with a sturdy haft and elaborate, comfortable grips, and is incredibly intricately fitted.
