A wand of fussiness is typically fabricated from a thick stalk of fellowship grass, which is a pale lavender in color. The stalk is roughly three-quarters of an inch thick, smooth-sided, reedy, and pliant. Fellowship grass is a grain whose seeds are edible, and can be prepared as a gruel that is said to foster positive feelings between those who share it. Of course, while the wands themselves are technically edible, such use is strongly discouraged.

Once per day, a crude wand of fussiness allows the wielder to exclude one additional target within an area of effect they are creating or causing, when making use of their Selective (Feat). Activating the wand is done as part of the same action as the action needed to create or cause the area of effect.

The wielder must already possess the Selective (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.

This magic item does not require an attunement period, and grants its benefits immediately upon being worn or wielded.
