Inspiring Plan (Feat)

You have trained yourself in the art of planning and maneuver, so that your allies are ready for battle even before it begins.

Prerequisites: Warlord 1, Inspiration class feature

Benefit: Characters with this feat may use their Inspiration class feature out of combat, instead of only during combat. Temporary hit points granted last until removed by damage, until the end of the next encounter, or the end of a full night's rest, whichever comes first.

Normal: Warlords may only use Inspiration after initiative has been rolled.
