Requirement: You must be wielding a Bloodsilver weapon
Attack: BLD vs. AC
Hit: 2(W) + BLD modifier Blood damage. Until the end of the encounter, the target hit with this attack gains Vulnerability 5 to Blood damage. This increases to Vulnerability 10 if the target is critically hit with a power or ability which deals Blood damage.
