Foe Breaker (Feat)

Earth Breaker

Prerequisites: Level 21, Epic Weapon Focus and Epic Weapon Specialization and Weapon Supremacy with chosen weapon.

Benefit: Once per round, one foe you have struck with your chosen weapon (your choice) suffers a -1 penalty to its Armor Class until the end of the encounter. This penalty can be stacked with itself by using this ability on the same creature in subsequent rounds.

Special: This feat can be taken multiple times. Its effects do not stack, instead apply the feat to a new weapon each time.
