Prerequisites: Proficient with Cavalry Whip
Benefit: You can use the cavalry whip to make attacks and threaten targets that are 10 feet away. You still cannot attack or threaten adjacent targets.
Normal: The cavalry whip cannot attack or threaten any enemies within 10 feet of the wielder.
