Inspiring Plan (Feat)

You have trained yourself in the art of planning and maneuver, so that your ally's are ready for battle even before it begins.

Prerequisites: Warlord 1, Inspiration class feature

Benefit: Characters with this feat may use their Inspiration class feature out of combat, instead of only during combat. Temporary hit points granted last for 1 minute per Warlord class level, until removed by damage, or until the end of the next combat, whichever comes first.

Normal: Warlords may only use Inspiration after initiative has been rolled.
