This armor blurs the wearer whenever she tries to hide, while also dampening the sound around her, granting a +5 competence bonus on Stealth checks. Furthermore, this armor imposes no armor check penalties on the Stealth or Sleight of Hand skills while worn.

• Special: If the enhancement bonus of the armor is +3 or greater, the competence bonus to Stealth increases to double the armor's enhancement bonus.
