A fracturing effect specifically targets the bones and ligaments of a target, causing them to become brittle, or shattering them outright. It is a physical effect most often caused by a very precise attack, rather than a massive body slam or clumsy smashing into the target. Masters of ki have been known to harness this damage type to great success.
