Draconic Summoning (Feat)
Your savage soul combs the multiverse, seeking creatures to bind to your will who have the appropriate demeanor to satisfy the bloodlust in your soul.
Prerequisites: Level 11
Benefit: Whenever you summon a creature or creatures with a summon spell you cast yourself (which may include the use of a magic item), you may grant it the following abilities:
- Lesser Flight 40 ft.
- ER Sonic (energy, common) equal to its CR
- Battle Howl (Ex): Once per encounter as a standard action, the summoned creature can emit an ear-shattering howl. This is an area of effect attack, affecting all creatures partially or wholly within a 30-foot cone adjacent to the summoned creature's space. The summoned creature must have line of effect to each victim for this power to operate, but does not require line of sight. The summoned creature rolls a to-hit roll against each creature in the area of effect. Those that are hit suffer a number of points of sonic (energy, common) damage equal to the summoned creature's CR.
Generally, there is no limitation on how many Summons-based feats can be applied simultaneously to a summoned creature (or creatures) that you cast yourself, other than the number of Summons-based feats you actually possess. The caster can choose to apply (or not apply) each feat (or all such feats) at the time the summon monster spell is cast. However, some feats specifically list other Summons-based feats that they are incompatible with. In such cases, only one of the conflicting patterns can be applied.
