- If your roll is a non-1 result between 38 and 46, you cast it as a Full-Round Action, as normal.

Description
You speak the majestic verses of this Universal Hymn in a fluid, beauteous tone. A woven bracelet you wear glows gold, as eldritch copies of the bracelet appear about the limbs of creatures within range, chosen as defined above, to whom you have line of sight and line of effect. As the True Dweomer completes, all chosen targets, plus yourself, the weaver of the Fate just defined, make a saving throw.
The creatures you choose may be allies, or enemies. If you include an ally (which includes yourself automatically), then you gain Lifesense, Mindsense, and Blindsense but only against enemies you chose. The range of these senses is the maximum range of this Great Work, and effectively, means you always know where those foes are. If you chose any allies during the casting, they also gain these senses against those foes.
Far more deadly, if any of those chosen foes then even declares an attack against you (an attack defined as any action or ability that could cause hit point damage), or against any of your allies you chose during the casting, then up to once per round per enemy, that enemy suffers (Strata 1 damage): 1d6+6 points of damage per character level (max 35d6+210 at character level 35) points of fictive (energy, uncommon) damage even before they can roll their attack die. If they made their Will save at the time of casting of this Fell Doom, the damage they suffer is always halved. If they failed, then the damage is always fully realized against them. If the Entwined Fate kills them before they can attack, then the attack is negated.
This True Dweomer lasts for the duration of the battle. It cannot be ended in any way aside from a Greater Dispel cast upon all allies who have received it, or by the use of anti-magic fields. This spell lays a dual charge on its target(s). If the targets are something other than you or another creature (such as an object or area), the spell instead lays a dual charge on you, the caster. Targets which already have a dual charge, a divine charge, or an arcane charge, may choose only one of these effects to keep. Dual charges are treated as both an arcane and a divine charge, and a creature may only ever have a single arcane charge and divine charge present on them at a time.
