Spindling damage is a more severe form of piercing damage, in which the target's body is fully impaled, through and through, sometimes more than once, on a long piercing spike of some kind. Not only does spindling damage penetrate the target's body, it also inhibits their movements and creates both an entry and exit wound. Spindling damage is highly difficult to mitigate.
