incubators
add 'incubator' consumable item to allow faster raising of mount eggs/hatchlings
- auto-incubates, without expending effort, raising an egg to adult in 7 to 14 days
- if the character spends downtime to 'mother' it, they can drastically shorten this time (2 to 5 days)
- tiers of the incubator item simply lock out what starting CR the mount can be (base monster CR)
