Vestigial Arm (Discovery)

Prerequisites: Alchemist 6

Benefit: The alchemist grows a new arm (left or right) on their torso. The arm is fully under their control and cannot be concealed except with magic or bulky clothing. The presence of an extra vestigial arm is almost always a source of hilarious penalties on social interactions, the details of which are left to the referee.

The arm is malformed and underdeveloped, and is much smaller than the alchemist's normal arms. However, the hand is normal-sized (which makes the whole thing even freakier, really), providing the alchemist with an unusual benefit.

While the arm is simply too weak to be able to wield a weapon or shield in combat, and it is too clumsy to hold an object ready for use, it is capable of allowing the alchemist to equip one additional ring at all times. This means the alchemist with this discovery can equip up to three magic rings at the same time, instead of just two.
