Nemesis (Su)
Prerequisites: Epic Talents
Benefits: Any time a rogue with this talent spends an action point, instead of taking an extra action, she may designate one enemy she can perceive as her prey. All attacks made against the prey may include sneak attack damage even if it is not flanked or flat-footed. The victim remains her prey until killed or the end of the encounter. If the rogue also has the Hunter's Surprise rogue talent, and is the one who kills the prey, she may immediately designate another victim to be her prey. She may continue designating new victims as long as she gets the killing strike.
