Ability Type: Ex
Prerequisites: Rogue 11
Benefit: Up to once per encounter, a rogue with this talent may read a scroll as a swift action during combat, without provoking attacks of opportunity for doing so.
In addition, the rogue decreases their chance of arcane spell failure when activating a scroll while wearing armor by 20%.
Finally, the rogue with this talent increases the effective caster level and save DC's of any spell they cast from a scroll by +1.
The rogue must still succeed on a Use Magic Device check to successfully read the scroll, of course.
