Ability Type: Ex
Prerequisites: Rogue 26
Benefit: Any time a rogue with this talent spends an action point, instead of gaining the normal benefit of the action point, they may designate one enemy they can perceive as their Nemesis. All attacks made against the Nemesis may include sneak attack damage even if it is not flanked or flat-footed. The victim remains the rogue's Nemesis until killed or the end of the encounter (whichever comes first). If the rogue is the one who kills the Nemesis, they may immediately designate another victim to be their Nemesis as a free action. They may continue designating new victims as long as they inflict the killing strike. Creatures with roles, such as Threats and Heavies, do not treat this talent as a condition, therefore suffering its effects like any other creature.
