A fighter would tell you that, to do more damage, just hit the enemy harder. But as a rogue, you prefer to hit the enemy smarter, seeking out their most vulnerable points to inflict maximum harm.
Ability Type: Ex
Prerequisites: Rogue 16, Powerful Sneak (Talent)
Benefit: Whenever a rogue with this talent deals sneak attack damage with an attack, they treat all 1's, 2's and 3's on the sneak attack damage dice as 4's.
Sneak Attack Talent: This talent inflicts a sneak attack effect, and may not be used in combination with any other rogue talent inflicting a sneak attack effect.
