Vicious Slice (Ex)
- Requires: Barbarian 1, Urban Mien
- Benefit: Once per round as a free action, you can activate Vicious Slice. The next attack you make before the start of your next turn, if it hits, inflicts a Bleed on your target, equal to your CHA STAT, not modifier, in addition to dealing normal damage. Note that bleeds do not stack; only the largest bleed is applied to a target, replacing any smaller ones which might be present. If the attack misses, or fails to occur before the start of your next turn, this activation provides no benefit.
- Vicious Slice cannot be activated in the same round as any other rage powers capable of inflicting a status condition, unless it inflicts status conditions from the same array (i.e. Bruised, Bleed or Ruptured).
Progression:
- 11th Level: When you activate Vicious Slice, it now applies to up to two attacks you make before the start of your next turn, one of which must be your next attack. You must declare which attacks are augmented with Vicious Slice before rolling the attack. Note that, since Bleed conditions cannot stack, you are best served making these attacks against different creatures.
- 21st Level: Attacks augmented by Vicious Slice now inflict your CHA STAT plus your number of Barbarian levels as Ruptured instead of Bleed, in addition to dealing normal damage. Ruptured, of course, stacks. For example, a level 21 Urban Barbarian with a 26 CHA would inflict 47 points of Rupture per successful attack, and could stack this on a single target up to twice at this level.
- 31st Level: When you activate Vicious Slice, it now applies to up to three attacks you make before the start of your next turn, one of which must be your next attack. You must declare which attacks are augmented with Vicious Slice before rolling the attack.
