Expert Leaper
Prerequisites: -
Benefit: When making jump checks, the rogue is always considered to have a running start. Also, when the rogue deliberately falls, a DC 15 Acrobatics check allows her to ignore the first 20 feet fallen, instead of the first 10 feet.
Special: Once per round, when a rogue with the "Ruthless Rogue" path ends a jump adjacent to an enemy, that enemy is considered Flat-Footed to the rogue until the end of the rogue's turn. This use of Expert Leaper can only cause a single target to become flat-footed. Note that targets with roles, such as heavies and threats are immune to the first several instances of conditions, such as flat-footed.
