Slop Rod

This rod is in the shape of a gnarled wooden stick. Grafted to one end is a few inch length of a rubbery tentacle, somehow animated with unquiet vitality, and which drips with slime. When the rod is activated, the tentacle grabs around for a victim.
Wielders of this rod can utter a command word as a standard action to cast a Touch of Slime spell, using up one charge from the rod.
